If you would like to pay by cheque, prepare a cheque made out to 'Victoria's Virtual Tennis Club' for the amount selected in step 4, except where this has been pre-arranged with one of the other member clubs, or has been prepaid by a group of members. If you would like to pay by credit card, click on the PayPal icon ( ) after completing the sign up process and follow the instructions.

8. Your name and essential information will be entered into the club member listings, , within three working days of receipt of your cheque, or notification of your PayPal payment. You will be notified by email when your account has been activated. If you do not have an email address, you will be phoned to advise this has been done. In the event you are not available, a message will be left on your answering machine.

Please note that no-one else will be able to change your listing information, either now or in the future, as long as you remain a paid up member. If you fail to pay for the next period fees prior to the end of the expiring period, your name will be removed from the club listings with no further notice. Note that your 'paid up' date is always displayed on your Club Members listing as shown in item 10 below.

Membership fees in succeeding years will be representative of the services provided as requested by the members. Generally, as more members join, fees will decrease as there are more members to pay for the common expenses.

10. Information of a personal nature that is provided in this 'Sign Up' page is necessary for the proper operation of this Club. Access by other club members is limited to that displayed in the sorting procedure under 'Club Members' which you will request while you plan your match. 11. It is important to note that we as a Club will not tolerate inappropriate behaviour regarding the use of this personal information for the furtherance of either business or personal pursuits. Further to this, names in this directory may not be given to mailing lists or used for any purpose except the intended and outlined purposes of this club, without the written only consent of the individual(s) concerned.

The BASIS of PARTICIPATION as a member of VVTC or in the activities of VVTC... the VVTC assumes no legal responsibility for anyone who is a member or who participates in any of it’s activities, nor does it assume any responsibility for the condition of any facility which the members or participants may use. Because tennis requires a certain level of fitness and could involve injury, each member and participant assumes full responsibility for their participation in any club activities.
