Tournament Regulations

All participants must be available to play the following times:

6:00pm - 9:00pm Thursday
6:00pm - 9:00pm Friday
8:30 am - 6:00pm Saturday
8:30 am - 6:00 pm Sunday
Mixed Doubles are guaranteed Three Matches.
Players will be contacted with their first match after the draw is completed on July 23th, 2009. Refunds will not be issued once the draw is completed.
All matches will be the best two out of three sets, with a twelve-point tiebreak at six all.
Maximum 7 min. warm-up.
Players more than 15 mins. Late will be defaulted.
Decisions made by the Tournament Director will be final.
Proper tennis attire must be worn at all times.
Due to the number of matches to be played, requests for special draw times will not be available.
If the weather is doubtful on Thursday, Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday, please call 250-995-2201.
In the event of inclement weather over the weekend, the Tournament Committee reserves the right to amend and/or cancel the Tournament.
The Tournament Director reserves the right to cancel the Tournament if there are insufficient registrations.
Entry Deadline is July 23, 2009.
Early entries are recommended. Late entries will not be accepted.

Waiver: All Players entering the Tournament agree, as a condition of their entry, that for themselves, their executors, administrators, heirs and personal representatives, all claims relating to their participation in the above mentioned Tournament are waived, including past, present or future claims for injuries, if any, sustained in traveling to or from or participating in the Tournament against City of Victoria. I have read all rules and regulations pertaining to this tournament. I agree to abide by these rules and regulations and understand that any infraction or misconduct on my part may result in my being defaulted from the Tournament.
